Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevBook mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use RevBook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@revbook.cloud if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else or use false information when registering.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on RevBook, including vehicle records, service entries, photos, posts, and comments ("Your Content").

By posting content on RevBook, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute Your Content as necessary to provide the Service (for example, showing your posts in the Explore feed or generating a public Vehicle Record link you share).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content, including photos. You must not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fabricated vehicle service records
• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or repetitive content
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt to access another user's private account or data
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Post content that is illegal, pornographic, or incites violence or hatred

4. Vehicle Records

Vehicle records in RevBook are intended to document accurate service history. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any records you create. RevBook does not verify, certify, or guarantee the authenticity of any service records.

Public Vehicle Record links can be accessed by anyone with the link. You can revoke a public link at any time from within the app. Once revoked, the link no longer works, but information previously viewed by others through that link cannot be recalled.

5. Vehicle Sharing

When you add a co-owner to a shared vehicle, they can view and contribute to that vehicle's records and drives. Before transferring ownership or selling a vehicle, remove all co-owners from Settings → [vehicle] → Sharing. RevBook is not responsible for records added by co-owners.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to users or the community. We aim to review reported content within 24 hours. To report content, use the in-app report button on any post, comment, or profile.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RevBook and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
